Salient Snake for Object Boundary Extraction
Coming from my colleague Haoran Yi (A very smart guy), it is very intersting to view the gradient of saliency map generated from visual attention model as another force (We can called it saliency force). This force can be integrated into both Snake and Gradient Flow to detect object boundary. I will try this method first. Many thanks to Haoran Yi for guiding me to this interesting point!
